В настройките на профила ти беше отбелязана опцията за лимитиране на съобщенията само от модератори и администратори, тоест ти си избрал да не получаваш ЛС от други потребители. Ако тази опция е активирана при потребителя на който искаш да изпратиш съобщение, то системата връща следната грешка:

If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove Svetoslav from the recipient list and send the message again.
Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators
You may limit the receipt of private messages to just moderators and your contacts. Other members who attempt to send messages to you will be told that you have disabled private messaging.
